Where to get stormwind tabard cataclysm

From my understanding you need to run dungeons of that expansion. In this case I think you need to run dungeons to get rep. I did all of my rep grinding for the Alliance factions at level However, only heroic dungeons gave me rep with the tabards.

Pretty sure normal dungeons work if leveling. I always buy a tabard to get rep right away. Though think it only works in Vanilla and up to?

Some elites may give rep if they are of a higher ranking. There are exceptions. All dungeons that you could SOLO below your level, will not award you the same rep. Trash will not give you rep at all, and the bosses' will be fairly reduced. These are made for full-party groups, not rep grinds.

Obviously this won't work for people in bigger guilds, where you don't have control, but for those in smaller guilds where the tabard doesn't matter as much, this might be the only solution.

You can adjust both the color and border to match perfectly; the only difference is that the lion's head emblem won't match exactly, there's only one lion's head that you can choose from for a guild tabard. It has it's fangs bared, and the face is a bit bigger than the stormwind one, but still, it's a pretty decent match. It seems that they do not work in dungeons that already give faction specific reputation gains. They city tabards won't work in the Burning Crusade dungeons and won't work in the early Wrath of the Lich King dungeons. The tabard will start working again once you start doing the level 80 wrath of the lich king dungeons.

Comment by nman these tabards give reputation if you wear them in any WoD dungeon. If you try to equip it you will receive the stern message "you can never use this item".

None of this wishy-washy "you can't use that right now" business.
